Please note that there is NO WARRANTY on SUBWOOFERS, SPEAKERS or TWEETERS. Warranties on other items are only valid on presentation of an original tax invoice from Cape Coast Customs and warranty is strictly valid from date of purchase to end of warranty period. Proof of installation via tax invoice from a VAT registered Car Audio fitment centre is required to validate the warranty. Our warranty is a repair warranty and not a refund warranty. Repair warranty is held with manufacturer of product and not Cape Coast Customs. Goods with a factory fault within 7 calendar days from date of purchase will be replaced with an identical unit, if available, only after the defective unit has been returned and assessed from the supplier. This is only if the unit has no damage and/or scratches (even slight scratches) and is returned with all its original packaging in its original condition. Repair turnaround time can be anything from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on manufacturer workload. This is not determined by Cape Coast Customs. Warranty only covers factory faults and not faults caused by incorrect wiring, negligence, abuse or acts of nature e.g. water damage or insect infestation etc. Warranty also excludes remote controls, cracked LCD displays and broken or damaged clips, buttons, hooks, zips or pins.
